Patient Care Supervisor - Emergency Services (RN) - night shift

Plan individualized nursing care to meet the holistic, age-specific needs of patients while fostering an environment of compassion and respect. Competently manage employee complaints and assist in leadership tasks as necessary. Supervise staff and ensure appropriate health and safety equipment use to protect patients and employees. Ensure compliance with established unit standards, policies, and specific standards of care, coordinating patient care activities and maintaining organized workflows during assigned shifts. Perform patient care management duties including development, evaluation, performance improvement, and staffing pattern analysis. Participate in managing fiscal responsibility of the unit and foster interdepartmental relationships.
