Answer phones, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries to support non-clinical patient care delivery within a physician's office. Perform complex administrative tasks ensuring an excellent patient experience through registration, scheduling, and third-party payer coordination. Requires three years of customer service experience and one year with medical records data, terminology, or health insurance plans. Full-time dayshift role Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. HS diploma required; associate degree or higher may substitute for experience.
