Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries while managing complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery within a physician's office. Provide non-clinical support by handling registration, medical records data, and third-party payer communications. This full-time role includes swing shifts from Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and weekends (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), with a rotating schedule based on operational needs.
