Job Summary
Greet patients, collect copays and deductibles, and explain consent forms while assisting with iPad check-ins and troubleshooting. Distribute films and CDs, process mail and UPS deliveries, and prepare the next day's appointment schedule. Verify and enter information into systems, respond to emergency patient situations, and answer doctor and patient concerns with accuracy. Maintain co-pay and petty cash accuracy for daily bank deposits, support customer care by filling utilization templates, and assist with new employee onboarding. Ensure proper patient flow through collaboration with technologists and radiologists while recognizing when language services are needed.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency

- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision

- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while simultaneously performing data entry and information intake via phone
