Job Summary
Greet patients, collect copays and deductibles, and explain consent forms while assisting with iPad check-ins and troubleshooting. Distribute films and CDs, process mail and deliveries, and prepare appointment schedules. Verify and enter data into systems, respond to emergency situations, and answer patient and doctor concerns accurately. Maintain HIPAA compliance, track survey return rates, and support customer care by filling utilization templates. Keep management informed of potential issues and ensure proper patient flow with technologists.
