Patient Care Representative, Rehabilitation

Greet, schedule, and register patients while answering calls and routing messages. Coordinate insurance verifications and pre-authorizations, then maintain medical records and prepare charts for all imaging modalities. Accurately register patients and place orders for imaging services using Epic. Monitor the waiting area to communicate patient readiness to clinical staff and provide assistance to physicians and department managers. Requires one year of office/clerical experience and one year in healthcare.
