Patient Care Representative

As a Patient Care Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through every step with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll communicate with patients to explain processes and next steps, collect and verify insurance information, coordinate with physicians and insurance providers to obtain documentation, track orders and timely approvals, maintain accurate records and documentation, respond to patient and provider questions via phone, email, and fax, and partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Interest in healthcare or the medical device industry is preferred. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for career growth, and compensation includes $18/hour plus a monthly performance-based bonus.
