Job Summary
Greet patients and guests courteously, verify insurance and demographic data, and collect co-pays or self-pay balances. Update patient information in the EMR, schedule follow-up appointments, and send reminders. Manage front desk operations to ensure availability for patients and providers, maintain spreadsheets and workflows, and notify staff of service delays. Collaborate with clinicians and the Revenue department to support seamless care. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and EMR systems. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and related products
- Knowledge and understanding of the use of Electronic Medical Records systems
- Flexibility in handling various tasks
