Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff, and support patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey. Apply specialized nursing skills to support improved outcomes in a technology-enabled rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
