Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as part of an inpatient rehabilitation team, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process. Demonstrate empathy, maintain ethical standards, and uphold the organization’s commitment to high-quality post-acute care using established protocols and technology. Qualifications include valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and typically a preferred 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
