Job Summary
Patient Care Partner – 4 North (Part Time Nights) in Bronxville, NY. Supports bedside care, phlebotomy, EKG administration, vital signs monitoring, and blood glucose testing under the supervision of nurses. Collaborates with nursing staff to comfort patients and families, maintain high-quality care, and ensure on-site presence. Requires on-site work with a 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM shift, rotating weekends/holidays; minimum High School Diploma and completion of related patient-care program or certifications (Phlebotomy and EKG) with BLS; experience in psychiatry or related field preferred. Salary: $30.27/hour, with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation package. Must reside within commutable distance to NYP and work on-site at NYP Westchester Hospital in Bronxville.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Completion of approved Patient Care Tech Program or Phlebotomy Certification and EKG Certification or demonstrated experience in performing electrocardiograms
- One year experience as a Nursing Assistant
- BLS Certification
