Job Summary
Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites, assuming responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and federal regulations. Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality, Plan of Care adherence, and appropriate assessment of patient needs. Support employee and patient education through continuous training, coaching, development, and annual evaluations. Ensure timely documentation submission and overall compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Medicare regulations and established personnel policies. Perform other duties as required while maintaining continuity of care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. Full-time position with competitive pay, benefits, and company car for qualifying individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Registered Nurse License
- Current State Driver's License
- reliable transportation
- provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
- Two years of experience as a Hospice Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting, or home health
- highly motivated

- able to work well and participate in a multidisciplinary group setting
