Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Care Team Associates, ensuring patients receive personal care services based on their needs. Meet operational and growth goals while maintaining quality standards and fostering an engaged workforce. Assist with day-to-day duties including screening and on-boarding new patients and caregivers, staffing cases, and communicating with families to ensure satisfaction and compliance with laws and policies. This role supports our mission to provide exceptional homecare services across Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required

- Two or more years of healthcare leadership preferred
- Bilingual preferred
