Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Care Team Associates while ensuring patients receive personal care services based on their specific needs. Meet operational and growth goals, including key performance metrics, and ensure quality of services delivered meets Company standards. Foster an engaged workforce by assisting CTAs with day-to-day duties, including screening new patients and caregivers, on-boarding, staffing patient cases, and communicating with patients, caregivers, and families to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with the law and Company policies while maintaining work-life balance. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
