Job Summary
Serve as the first point of compassionate contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the initial stages of care while educating them on Envita's unique approach to treating complex and chronic conditions. Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication, actively listening to patient concerns and needs to build meaningful, supportive relationships. Deliver detailed information about services and treatment philosophy, maintain accurate records of communications using internal systems, and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. This role supports individuals facing serious health conditions with empathy and professionalism, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work and previous patient-facing experience. While primarily remote for eligible candidates in Arizona and surrounding states, the position may require occasional on-site presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone
- Previous customer service or patient-facing experience
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex medical information
- High degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools
- Passion for health, wellness, and making a difference in patients' lives
- Medical or healthcare background
