Job Summary
Greet and guide patients during registration while addressing phone calls and supporting the team. Register patients in the electronic medical records system by scanning and updating records, then verify and explain insurance coverage and patient responsibility. Perform follow-up calls as assigned and explain ModernMD's services while addressing questions. Maintain a professional demeanor across all interactions in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish, Bengali, Arabic, Creole, French, or Hindi is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flu Vaccine
- Proof of Covid Vaccination Card
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of one (1) years' experience working in a healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and diplomacy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of all technical skills associated with certification and job function
- Ability to work effectively with multiple managers and key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
