Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors, schedule new referrals, and verify insurance coverage while collecting patient payments. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage patient schedules, and handle document routing and deposits. Maintain an orderly front office workspace and monitor clinic inventory. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance updates. This role supports clinic growth through efficient execution of practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
- Organizational detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work with little to no supervision

- Presentation skills
- Ability to interchange with standing as needed
- Ability to hear and speak to accurately exchange information
- Ability to comprehend information provided
- Use judgement to appropriately respond in various situations
- Ability to constantly view computer screen (near acuity) and read items on screen
- Ability to lift 0-20 lbs. from floor to waist
- Ability to carry, push, and pull 0-20 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally walk, stand, push or pull 0-20 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift under 10 lbs. from waist to shoulder
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
