Job Summary

Greet clinic visitors warmly, schedule new referrals via fax or telephone, and verify insurance coverage for patients. Collect payments due at service, convert referrals into evaluations, and manage patient visit schedules efficiently. Maintain an orderly front office workspace while handling document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation. Monitor clinic inventory, manage personal overtime, and ensure compliance with quarterly training and business process updates. Collaborate with the Clinic Director to execute practice management roles and support the mission of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
