Job Summary
Entry-level, front-office clinic role focusing on patient intake and practice-management tasks. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payments, maintaining an organized front office, making welcome calls, managing non-clinical documentation and deposits, and supporting clinic operations and patient experience. Requires strong customer service, multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision; training is provided with Raintree and other business-process updates. The position supports clinic growth in collaboration with the Clinic Director and may require occasional events outside regular hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
