Job Summary
Greet every clinic visitor with a friendly welcome and convert incoming referrals into evaluations. Schedule patient visits, verify insurance coverage, and collect payments due at the time of service. Maintain an orderly front office workspace while managing the clinic schedule, document routing, and non-clinical documentation. Monitor clinic inventory and ensure efficient deposit processing. Complete quarterly compliance training and attend required updates from Territory Field Trainers. This role supports clinic growth through execution of practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
