Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth by executing patient intake and practice-management tasks in a Gainesville, GA clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, converting referrals into evaluations, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining a welcoming front office, processing calls, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask across computer programs, and effective collaboration with the Clinic Director; the position is full-time with a minimum 40-hour workweek and requires adherence to training and compliance requirements.
