Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors warmly, schedule new referrals via fax or telephone, and verify insurance coverage while collecting patient payments. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage patient schedules, and oversee document routing and non-clinical documentation. Collect all money due at the time of service, manage deposits, and monitor clinic inventory. Maintain an orderly front office workspace and make welcome calls to influence arrival rates through excellent customer service. Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance training. This entry-level role supports clinic growth through efficient execution of practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
