Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors, schedule patient referrals, and verify insurance coverage while collecting payments and maintaining an organized front office. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage patient schedules, and handle document routing and deposits to support efficient clinic procedures. Monitor clinic inventory, manage caseloads, and complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance updates. Work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability for special events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask

- Ability to interchange with standing as needed

- Occasionally walks, stands, pushes or pulls 0-20 lbs.

- Carries, pushes, and pulls 0-20 lbs.
- Rarely crawls, crouches, kneels, stoops, climbs stairs or ladders, reaches above shoulder height, lifts under 10 lbs. from waist to shoulder
