Patient Care Coordinator

Full-time Patient Care Coordinator role at Results Physiotherapy (Upstream Rehabilitation partner) in Brentwood, TN. The PCC-I supports clinic operations and patient intake through excellent customer service, multitasking across computer programs, and coordinating referral conversions to evaluations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance coverage, collecting patient payments, maintaining an organized front office, making welcome calls, monitoring arrival rates to optimize patient flow, managing scheduling and non-clinical documentation, managing deposits and caseloads, and assisting with training and compliance activities as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork with the Clinic Director to execute efficient clinic procedures and contribute to the clinic’s growth. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to operate with little supervision.
