Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator supports clinic operations and patient intake in a busy front-office setting. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, managing deposits and non-clinical documentation, maintaining an organized front office, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves multitasking across computer programs, handling deposits, and collaborating with the Clinic Director to enable efficient clinic procedures. Training and compliance are part of the duties, with opportunities for professional development and a structured benefit package. The position is full-time with a typical workweek schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
