Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator role supporting clinic operations under the Clinic Director. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an inviting front office, making welcome calls, managing the schedule and non-clinical documentation, processing deposits, and ensuring a smooth patient intake experience. Requires strong customer service, multitasking across multiple computer programs, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment. This is a full-time position based in Austin, TX.
