Job Summary
Greet patients and staff to create an inviting clinic atmosphere, then schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone and convert them into evaluations. Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and manage deposits while maintaining an orderly front office workspace. Execute practice management duties by managing schedules, document routing, non-clinical documentation, and caseload reporting. Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance training. This role supports clinic growth through efficient execution of patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director, fostering a great customer experience to influence arrival rates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
