Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors and create an inviting atmosphere while scheduling new referrals and verifying insurance coverage. Collect payments due at the time of service, convert referrals into evaluations, and manage patient visit schedules. Maintain an organized front office workspace, handle document routing, and monitor clinic inventory. Collaborate with the Clinic Director to execute practice management procedures, manage deposits, and oversee non-clinical documentation. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance courses. Work full-time Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability for special events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
- Organizational detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work with little to no supervision

- Presentation skills
- Ability to interchange with standing as needed
- Ability to hear and speak to accurately exchange information
- Ability to comprehend information provided

- Must be able to constantly view computer screen (near acuity) and read items on screen
- Must have ability to comprehend information provided
- Occasionally walks, stands, pushes or pulls 0-20 lbs., lifts 0-20 lbs. from floor to waist; carries, pushes, and pulls 0-20 lbs.
- May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends, or work additional hours as needed
