Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator handles front-office operations in a full-time clinic role, greeting patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized front-office space. The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to execute practice-management and patient intake processes, convert referrals into evaluations, monitor arrival rates, create a welcoming environment, manage scheduling, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and caseload, and participate in required training and compliance. Core skills include excellent customer service, multitasking across computer systems, effective communication with office leadership, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
