Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator handles patient intake and front-office operations for a clinic in Clayton, NC, supporting clinic growth and efficient procedures. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an organized front office, creating a welcoming patient experience, managing deposits and documentation, and supporting non-clinical operations. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
