Job Summary
Greet patients and staff in a welcoming manner, then schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone. Verify insurance coverage and collect payments for services rendered. Convert referrals into evaluations and manage patient visits efficiently. Maintain an orderly front office workspace, manage document routing, and oversee clinic inventory. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance modules. This entry-level role supports clinic growth through execution of practice management and patient intake processes in collaboration with the Clinic Director. Full-time position with a salary range of $15–$19 USD in Elkton, MD.
