Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to relate to Business Office and Field leadership
- Experience with front-office operations or clinic administration
- Proficiency in multiple computer programs and systems
- Team-oriented and customer-service focused
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
- Knowledge of insurance processes and patient intake
- Ability to handle cash and deposits
- Basic understanding of healthcare practices and documentation
