Job Summary
Make 50–75 outbound cold calls weekly to engage and enroll eligible patients into surgical benefits. Guide patients through onboarding, verify eligibility, and collect medical records while managing seamless handoffs between patients, nurses, providers, and the operations team. Collaborate on AI scripting and workflow enhancements by sharing direct insights from daily patient interactions. Work directly alongside executive leadership to optimize operational improvements and drive key business metrics. Based in the SF/Bay Area (or willing to commute from Sacramento) to spend 6 days per month in the San Francisco office, with the remaining 70% of time remote. Required Qualifications
- Active LVN license (any state)
- 2–7 years of experience in remote healthcare care coordination, patient engagement, or case management
- Prior experience within a healthcare startup or health tech environment
- Must be based in the SF/Bay Area (or willing to commute from as far as Sacramento)
- Must spend 6 days per month in the San Francisco office
- Must be willing to work 70% of the time remotely from home
