Job Summary
Conduct front office duties including welcoming patients, answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable while handling complaints and providing accurate information to guests. Coordinate other office responsibilities as needed and assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas. Maintain clinical positioning and adhere to OSHA and infection control standards while operating standard office equipment. Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements and respond quickly in emergency situations. Work flexible shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- A high school diploma
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment
- Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas
- Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods
- Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments
- Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
