Job Summary
Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients by providing patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicating physician orders. Deliver pre and post op education while establishing a compassionate environment through emotional and psychological support for patients and families. Work independently to assure program goals are achieved and promote excellence in customer service. Requires high school diploma, one year of healthcare experience, and strong computer skills for data entry. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Shady Grove Fertility in Columbia, Maryland.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through
- High degree of comfort with computer applications
- Accuracy and speed with data entry
