Patient Care Coordinator - I at Peak Physical Therapy (Upstream Rehabilitation) in Rowlett, TX. Entry-level office role responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling referrals and visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an organized front office, and delivering a positive patient experience.
