Job Summary
Greet patients, check them in, and assist them throughout their visit to create a welcoming experience. Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication. Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits while verifying coverage and assisting with account management. Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records using scheduling and practice management software. Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and resolve patient concerns. Work Tuesdays through Fridays from 6:30am to 2:15pm at various FPC locations.

- Tuesdays 6:30am-2:15pm at FPC Blaine
- Wednesdays 6:30am-2:15pm at FPC Radio Drive
- Thursdays 6:30am-2:15pm at FPC Roseville
- Fridays 6:30am-2:15pm at FPC Roseville
Desired Qualifications
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred
