Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator is an entry-level, full-time clinic operations role focused on front-office duties and patient intake. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals and patient visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining an orderly front office, handling non-clinical documentation, deposits, and caseload management, and delivering strong customer service to create a welcoming patient experience. The role supports clinic growth in collaboration with the Clinic Director, with training on Raintree and other business process updates, quarterly compliance training, and potential evening/weekend hours as needed. Located in Lakewood, CO, the position involves standard office environment tasks and requires the ability to multitask and communicate effectively across teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
