Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors and schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone. Verify insurance coverage, collect patient payments, and convert referrals into evaluations. Manage the front office workspace, document routing, and clinic inventory while maintaining efficient scheduling and deposit processing. Support the Clinic Director in executing practice management procedures and ensure compliance through required training. Operate office equipment and communicate with associates to create an inviting atmosphere that influences patient arrival rates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask

- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment such as printers, phone, keyboard, mouse and copy machines
- Ability to constantly use repetitive motions to type
- Must be able to lift 0-20 lbs.
- Must be able to carry, push, and pull 0-20 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally walk, stand, push or pull 0-20 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 0-20 lbs. from floor to waist
- Must be able to occasionally carry, push, and pull 0-20 lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift under 10 lbs. from waist to shoulder
- Must be able to attend special events some evenings and weekends, or work additional hours as needed
