Job Summary
Greets clinic visitors, schedules new referrals from fax or telephone, and verifies insurance coverage. Collects patient payments and maintains an orderly front office workspace while multitasking across multiple computer programs. Handles heavy phone work and provides top-notch customer service. Full-time position includes paid charity day, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, three weeks PTO, and 401K match. Located in Leon Springs, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational detail and ability to multi task
- Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service
- A strong level of comfort navigating a computer and ability learn new computer programs
