Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors warmly and schedule new referrals received via fax or telephone. Verify insurance coverage, collect patient payments, and convert referrals into evaluations. Manage the front office workspace, document routing, and clinic inventory while ensuring efficient schedule management. Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rates through a positive customer experience. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance courses. Maintain an orderly environment and support clinic growth through execution of practice management and patient intake processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask
- Organizational detail

- Work with little to no supervision

- Ability to interchange with standing as needed
- Ability to hear and speak to accurately exchange information

- Ability to lift 0-20 lbs. from floor to waist
- Ability to carry, push, and pull 0-20 lbs.

- Ability to frequently operate a computer and other office equipment
