Job Summary
Greet clinic visitors, schedule new referrals, and verify insurance coverage while collecting patient payments. Convert referrals into evaluations, manage patient schedules, and handle document routing to support efficient clinic procedures. Maintain an organized front office workspace, monitor clinic inventory, and manage deposits and non-clinical documentation. Complete required training with Territory Field Trainers and quarterly compliance courses. This role supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
