Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service to patients and visitors in person or by phone, acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. Performs core front and back office duties with increasing independence to support routine healthcare services and smooth clinic operations, enabling Providence patient care and family support. Demonstrated proficiency in EMR usage and a strong emphasis on confidential data handling and high-quality customer service within a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in medical/healthcare setting
- Experience providing high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
