Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator responsible for a mix of receptionist and clerical duties in a clinic, including scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care, and performing prior authorizations as needed. Works as part of a team to support the facility's mission and values and deliver patient-focused, whole-person care.
