Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator role focused on delivering exceptional first-point-of-contact service and administrative support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing new patient registrations and data entry, explaining insurance benefits and authorization requirements, collecting copays/deductibles/coinsurance, and handling day-to-day clinical administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with computer systems to learn new software. Required Qualifications
