Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator responsible for front-office operations, greeting patients, coordinating schedules, managing patient accounts, maintaining records, processing insurance information and billing, supporting retention efforts and contributing to marketing events. Requires strong customer service, multitasking, communication, HIPAA compliance, and basic computer skills. Experience in customer service or retail and familiarity with clinic workflows are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred
- Proficient computer skills and preferred experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 programs, or similar systems
