Job Summary
Welcome patients with warmth, manage provider schedules, and confirm appointments while verifying insurance benefits and collecting payments. Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system and keep the reception and treatment areas clean and stocked. Prepare treatment spaces before arrivals, support therapists with daily operational needs, and assist with social media content and community partner relationships. Answer incoming calls promptly and build positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources to encourage practice growth.
