Job Summary
Screen new patients and caregivers, then onboard them by assisting with documentation, clearance requirements, and orientation training. Staff patient cases with caregivers to ensure cases start promptly while enforcing compliance with legal and company policies, including clock-in and clock-out procedures. Communicate with patients, caregivers, and families to maintain satisfaction and quality service delivery, and assist with on-site visits as needed. Bilingual skills are preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
