Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and route inquiries to appropriate staff. Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with patient registration while maintaining accurate records in computer systems. Coordinate with therapists to manage appointments, handle payment processing, and address insurance-related inquiries with confidentiality. Maintain knowledge of clinic services to answer patient inquiries effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication for a smooth front desk operation. A high school diploma is required; previous receptionist experience is preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts are necessary.
