Patient Care Coordinator (Outpatient), Day Shift Full Time

Coordinates admitting and clerical tasks to facilitate efficient processing and scheduling of patients in outpatient location; greets and assists patients/visitors, handles calls and intercom, processes physicians' orders, admits/discharges patients, maintains records and charts, handles billing/insurance information, schedules appointments, and supports department meetings and projects. Emphasizes strong patient communication, accuracy in data and documentation, and coordinating with hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
